Job Title Dealer Services Specialist II Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay: $20.10 - $30.10/hour. Additional compensation may include commission and incentive programs. Paid vacation starting day 1 – 30+ days per year Paid holidays (7 per year) Health care benefits from day 1 401(k) with up to 8% match Child or senior care 10 days through Care.com Employee discounts on a wide range of items Responsibilities Represent dealer sales lane during sale days Promote Manheim products and services Assist dealers in preparing vehicles for auction Negotiate bids, advise on pricing and reconditioning Provide solutions and act as point of contact for client issues Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum 3 years related experience (alternative: degree or certification plus 5 years experience) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform at high level in fast‑paced team environment Capacity to sit or stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 lbs Valid vision requirements Preferred: 1‑3 years auction experience or 2‑4 years dealership experience; prior sales support; bilingual English/Spanish Work Conditions Location: Cox specified site (Manheim). Travel 5% of the time. Day shift. Must work onsite. Drug Testing Pre‑employment drug test required. No marijuana testing. Non‑use of illegal substances prohibited during work hours.
