Role Description The Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Wicker Park, Chicago Illinois. This clinician will evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction with 1:1 care including conditions related to incontinence, pelvic pain, post-partum recovery, fertility , and core stability. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and educating patients on self-management strategies and lifestyle modifications. The Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist will document care in accordance with professional and regulatory standards, collaborate closely with other providers to ensure integrated and goal-oriented treatment, and participate in case discussions and practice improvement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge, supporting patient engagement, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive care environment. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT or DPT) in the state of Illinois, with specialized training or certification in pelvic floor rehabilitation. Demonstrated competency in pelvic floor assessment and treatment, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. Strong clinical reasoning, thorough documentation practices, and commitment to evidence-informed care. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative work with patients and an interdisciplinary care team. Ability to provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and gender-neutral care to patients of diverse backgrounds. Experience in women's health, or post-partum rehabilitation is highly beneficial. Willingness to work on-site full time in the Greater Chicago Area and contribute to a supportive, team-based practice culture. -choose as much or as little you want to work 1:1 Care 45 -minute treatment sessions We provide the clients/patients so you do not have to!
