Property Appraiser & Valuation Specialist
Colleton County
Colleton County Government is seeking an Appraiser in the Assessor’s Office. Under general supervision, the candidate will appraise property value, locate properties by tax map, and establish public records for tax rolls. Mapping duties include calculating acreages and transferring properties. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with 2–3 years of appraisal experience, a valid SC driver’s license and SC Real Estate Appraisers License or #J-18808-Ljbffr Colleton County
