About the Position

Job Title: LDRP RN Profession: RN Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: AM (19:00 – 07:00) Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of LDRP experience required License: Active RN license required Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred Must-Have: - Ability to work weekends - Occasional floating to assist with safety watches or constant observations - Flexibility to rotate weekends and holidays Description: The position involves working in a Labor and Delivery setting. The RN will provide care to patients throughout the birthing process. The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The RN is expected to maintain high standards of care and adhere to safety protocols. There is a weekend requirement, with rotations every third weekend. The role may include occasional floating to assist on medical-surgical floors. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills and effective communication. The position requires a commitment to a 12-hour shift schedule.
