Your Responsibilities
- Lead Comprehensive Searches from initiation to successful placement.
- Act as a Trusted Partner to clients, understanding their unique recruitment needs, challenges, and workplace culture.
- Implement Strategic Sourcing leveraging our advanced CRM/ATS as well as your personal connections and tools.
- Utilize Our Platform for candidate management, outreach tracking, automated follow-ups, and organizational efficiency.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that yield lasting benefits for clients and substantial commissions for you.
