Associate Sales Representative, Joint Replacement - Royal Oak, MI

Associate Sales Representative supporting joint replacement product sales in surgical and office environments. This field-based role involves conducting product evaluations, assisting with business development, and maintaining customer relationships while learning sales skills through mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings
- Assist with territory development tracking and communicate progress to sales team
- Resolve technical issues onsite and educate medical staff on products
- Maintain sample inventory and manage on-call duties including evenings and weekends
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and provide customer service support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with medical certification and 2+ years related experience
- High school diploma with 4+ years related experience, or 4+ years active military service
- Valid driver's license and fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Medical field experience or B2B sales background preferred
Compensation: $60,100-$70,000 base, eligible for commission and bonuses
