About the Role

We are seeking a confident, attentive, and service-oriented Call Center Agent to help customers by phone and ensure their inquiries receive timely, professional attention. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, remains calm under pressure, and enjoys helping people find answers. Training is available for individuals who are motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and provide information about products and services.
