Coffee Fulfillment & Logistics Lead — Scale & Systems

Excelsa Coffee Inc. is building a resilient coffee company from the ground up through sourcing, logistics, roasting, fulfillment, retail, cafes, and distribution. We are introducing Excelsa coffee to the U.S. market and building the systems and infrastructure to scale nationally over the next decade. We are looking for a Warehouse & Fulfillment Lead who wants to help physically build the backbone of the company. This role owns the movement of coffee across the business including inbound shipments, inventory, Amazon fulfillment, Shopify orders, wholesale preparation, kitting, packaging, and warehouse systems. The Role “Owns the physical movement of coffee including inventory, inbound shipments, outbound fulfillment, kitting, and operational throughput as Excelsa scales nationally through ecommerce, wholesale, Amazon, and distribution.” You will help create the operational systems that allow the company to scale cleanly while maintaining speed, quality, and accountability. This is a hands‑on role that works closely with leadership and helps shape the warehouse and fulfillment operation over time.
