In addition, a wide variety of outpatient services are available, including cardiac and physical rehabilitation; a fully-staffed oncology department; 24-hour emergency care; a fully equipped laboratory; and an extensive radiology department. Benefits and Comp:

$250000.00 - $300000.00, including productivity, and benefits package.
Commencement and Retention (for years 2 and 3) Bonuses

Job Summary:

This is an opportunity to join our team in a rural community in northern New Hampshire. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages (or adults) in a close-knit, underserved community. Rural medicine allows the delivery of high-quality primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management, to participate in community health initiatives, and promote wellness education.

Primary Care:

High elderly population
Experienced in Chronic Disease Management
18+ patients per day
Monday through Friday 8-5
36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time - NO CALL
EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant
Available Specialty service include: Integrated Behavioral Health team, Audiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT/Allergy, General Surgery, Neurology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Pulmonary Medicine, Radiology, Sleep Medicine, Tele-Medicine Rheumatology, Urology, Wound Center, and more.

Requirements:

Board Certified / Board Eligible - Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician
Ability to hold a New Hampshire state license
