Analyze market trends and consumer data to identify opportunities and optimize marketing tactics. Manage digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social media, and online advertising. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in retail marketing or a similar role. Strong understanding of retail marketing concepts and consumer behavior. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media channels. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
