This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in an industrial environment and is passionate about safety, uptime, and team development.What You'll Do: This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting production uptime through effective planning and execution. On any given day, you will:Lead maintenance operations with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and uptimeDevelop and execute preventative maintenance (PM) programs to minimize downtimePartner with operations to schedule maintenance activities and coordinate planned outagesManage and prioritize work orders through CMMS systemsConduct daily facility walks to identify equipment issues and improvement opportunitiesAnalyze equipment performance data to improve reliability and reduce failuresMaintain appropriate spare parts inventory for critical equipmentOversee and coordinate third-party contractors and service providersEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standardsTrain, coach, and develop maintenance team membersSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and equipment performanceWhat Makes This Role Different:Operational Impact – Directly influence equipment uptime and production successOwnership – Lead all maintenance functions across facility and equipment systemsGrowth Opportunity – Career paths across Transco, Marmon Rail, and 100+ Marmon companiesHands-On Leadership – Balance shop-floor presence with strategic planningWhat We're Looking For: We're seeking a strong maintenance leader with a focus on safety, reliability, and team development.
