Project Manager - Housing Systems

The Project Manager, Housing Systems will oversee the coordination, implementation, and performance management of housing programs across the Continuum of Care (CoC) and HUD‑funded initiatives, including: HUD Permanent Supportive Housing HUD Rapid Re‑Housing all CoC Permanent Supportive Housing all CoC Rapid Rehousing This role ensures programs operate effectively, adhere to HUD/CoC requirements, and deliver measurable outcomes for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams, CoC leadership, partner agencies, HMIS / data partners, and funders to improve system coordination and performance. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Ability to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines. Superb organizational skills, with the proven ability to create and implement efficient development systems, plan strategically, allocate work, set, and manage objectives, analyze and mitigate risk, and create and manage projects. Ability to excel in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced, diverse, results‑oriented environment, and to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Supervisory Responsibilities Work cooperatively with team members and partner agencies to effectively onboard, mentor, and professionally develop colleagues.
