Join Our Team as an Assembly Associate – Detroit Lakes, MN

Are you seeking a hands-on role with a company known for quality and innovation? We are looking for enthusiastic Assembly Associates to join our dynamic team in Detroit Lakes!

Compensation:

• Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour
• Skill-Based Raises: Earn more as you learn new skills
• Career Progression: Temp-to-hire with a significant pay increase when hired full-time

Shift Options:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble small parts using hand tools and automated equipment
• Read diagrams and follow simple instructions

• Have dependable transportation (public transportation not available)
