Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel RN for Long Term Care in Miller, South Dakota. Job Summary

• 4‑week assignment
• 36 hours per week (12‑hour night shifts)
• Travel nursing position

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with formulating a plan of care for residents. Provide nursing care to residents according to physician orders and regulations. Update the plan of care as needed. Observe and document resident conditions and care given. Use the EMR accurately. Notify physicians and process orders promptly. Respond promptly to resident call lights. Direct and assist with resident, family, and significant‑other education. Handle linens properly and dispose of soiled linens, clothing, or supplies in adherence to regulations. Use standard precautions, personal protective equipment, and observe transmission guidelines. Wash hands between resident cares. Report and ensure timely follow‑up of signs or symptoms of resident infections. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS certification from a recognized provider. Prior work experience in long term care preferred. Knowledge of therapeutic effects and side effects of medications. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Capacity to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 35 lbs. Ready to work in a moderate noise environment and accommodate travel.
