About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Lifecycle Marketing to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and owning the post-funding lifecycle strategy, with a focus on maximizing the value of every customer relationship. This includes anticipating market trends, making data-driven decisions on the next-best-offer, and treating LTV, repeat-borrow rate, and portfolio yield as key performance indicators. The role demands a leader who can operate with a high level of analytical and financial fluency, and who is adept at working with cross-functional teams to drive performance. The Head of Lifecycle Marketing will also be instrumental in evolving the business model to view the borrower relationship as a long-term engagement, rather than a single transaction. Applicants for the Head of Lifecycle Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing, with a strong preference for those with a background in lending or fintech. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in owning and executing LTV or retention strategies, and who is adept at running rigorous experiments to inform decision-making. Deep expertise in lifecycle marketing, including journey design, automation workflows, and next-best-offer logic, is essential. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with modern marketing tools and be prepared to build and lead a team as the function scales.
