Job Details
This local yard jockey role is based in Moreno Valley, California, and pays $28 per hour. You will move domestic trailers within a facility yard using a yard truck with a hydraulic fifth wheel, with no public-road driving required. This TransForce driving opportunity offers a local assignment with a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule.

- Monday through Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Local yard work in Moreno Valley, California
What You'll Be Doing
- Move and reposition domestic trailers within the facility yard using a yard hostler.
- Connect, move, position, and disconnect trailers at designated locations.
- Remove and place wheel chocks, connect and disconnect air lines, and place and remove glad hand locks.
- Operate equipment with a hydraulic fifth wheel, so manual trailer landing gear cranking is not required.
- Perform no-touch yard movements without operating on public streets or roadways.
What You Need
- Valid CDL A, CDL B, or Driver's License
- 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
