Travel Respiratory Therapist - Registered RT/RRT

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) for a night shift ICU/ER position requiring 3-5+ years of experience and current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.

Job Details

• Acute care hospital setting with 176 beds,
• Respiratory Therapy department covering ICU and ER patients,
• General respiratory care duties,
• Night shift hours from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM,
• 13-week assignment with block scheduling available upon request,
• No call requirements,
• No floating required,
• Patient ratio of 45:1,
• Utilizes Cerner EMR,
• No 48-hour scheduling,

Job Requirements

• CRT or RRT license required if applicable,
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required,
• 3-5+ years of experience in ICU/ER and general respiratory care,
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of start,
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,

Additional Information

• Navy blue scrubs required,
• Holiday coverage required,
• RTO requests must be less than one week,
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility and local candidates will not be considered,
• Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at the facility within the past 2 years
