Registered Nurse - Infusion

Role: Community Hem/Onc Infusion Nurse Primary site CHO NW Portland Shifting: 4X10 Days; 07:00 - 17:30 Monday-Sunday variable Some weekend commitments. No Call. Hours of operation are 7AM-5:30PM. Contract Length: 13 Weeks Certifications: BLS Required, Chemo Cert Required, OCN Preferred Floating: Rare, but may be asked to float. Five clinic locations (Beaverton, NW Portland, Gresham, East Portland, and Tualatin) will be required based on clinic needs. Preferences for floating location based on where traveler resides will be considered (as able) to meet overall department staffing needs. On Call: No Patient Population: Adult Hematology- General medical oncology. RN navigator will provide patient education and care coordination. Community Hem/Onc is comprised of 5 clinics. Experience: 2 Years of Oncology Experience needed, the RN will be providing education and care coordination. 1 year of Ambulatory infusion experience required.
