What You Will Do Lead site-specific SMS planning, coordination, and execution in alignment with Corporate SMS strategy Partner with site leadership and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with SMS requirements Drive risk identification, assessment, and mitigation to prevent injury and asset damage Conduct and support quality and safety investigations; mentor and train new investigators Collect, analyze, and present safety data to identify trends, root causes, and preventative actions Maintain oversight of asset damage and personal injury reporting systems Ensure timely resolution of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions Develop and deliver SMS training to drive awareness and compliance across the site Monitor industry and regulatory developments to enhance SMS practices Lead internal safety reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with enterprise safety teams and represent Palm Beach in cross-site efforts What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in Aviation Safety, Human Factors, or related field; or equivalent experience 6 years of experience in airworthiness, aviation safety, or human factors/training environments Strong experience in investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action development Knowledge of SMS programs, regulatory compliance, and reporting systems Proven ability to analyze data and implement actionable safety improvements Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and support cultural change Experience with human factors and airworthiness safety programs Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English #J-18808-Ljbffr Gulfstream
