CONSTRUCTION LEAD

Construction Lead Location: Tempe, AZ Company: ServiceMaster Building Services Job Type: Seasonal Pay Rate: $19–$20 per hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Evening shifts, weekdays & weekends required Responsibilities Lead a crew of 5–10 people General cleaning and demo/trash removal Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming Washing walls, windows, ceilings Dusting furniture and wiping surfaces Operating cleaning machines (training will be provided) Pay & Benefits Starting at $19–$20 per hour Paid training Opportunity for advancement Supportive, team‑oriented environment Requirements Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check Must have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 Certification (cost covered by ServiceMaster if needed) Comfortable working in a variety of environments (cold, warm, noisy) Evening and weekend availability required Must wear ServiceMaster‑provided uniform Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs Preferred Floor & carpet care experience (training provided) Reliable transportation Why Work for ServiceMaster?
