Dermatology Associates of West Michigan (DAWM), an established, physician-owned and physician-led dermatology practice, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Dermatologist to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

This opportunity comes as part of a planned physician transition and offers the ability to step into an established practice with strong patient demand while building a long-term career with one of West Michigan's leading independent dermatology groups.

We are seeking a dermatologist who values high-quality patient care, clinical autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to become an integral part of our practice for years to come.

The Practice

For more than 25 years, Dermatology Associates of West Michigan has provided comprehensive dermatologic care to patients throughout West Michigan.

Our collaborative provider group includes general dermatologists, dermatopathologists, Mohs surgeons, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners, allowing us to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic care within our practice.

As an independent, physician-owned group, DAWM provides an environment where physicians can focus on patient care while having a meaningful voice in how the practice operates and grows.

Our practice provides a broad range of dermatologic services, including:

• General and Medical Dermatology
• Mohs Surgery
• Dermatopathology
• Cosmetic Dermatology

Flexibility & Work-Life Balance
We recognize the importance of maintaining a sustainable practice and anticipate this position being approximately four to five days per week, with scheduling details discussed based on the physician's interests and the needs of the practice.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Dermatology
• Eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Michigan
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in contributing to a collaborative, physician-led practice
