Field Reimbursement Manager

If Field Reimbursement Manager sounds like something you would be interested Qin, and you meet the qualifications listed below, Responsibilities Serve as the primary reimbursement resource for healthcare providers and manufacturer partners. Support benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims assistance, and appeals resolution. Educate provider offices on Medicare, commercial insurance, payer policies, and available support services. Build and maintain strong relationships with physician offices and manufacturer stakeholders. Collaborate with internal hub teams to ensure timely and effective customer support. Conduct site visits, provider education sessions, and manufacturer-sponsored trainings. Provide reimbursement guidance and communicate benefit investigation outcomes and status updates. Manage territory activities, account coordination, and project execution to meet client objectives. Document and track all field activities within the CRM system. Operate independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and travel requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum 8 years of healthcare reimbursement experience. Strong knowledge of Medicare, commercial insurance, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims processing, and appeals. Experience with Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, and specialty drug therapies (e.g., oncology, dermatology). Project management and account management experience preferred. Proven presentation, training, and customer service skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a changing environment. Proficiency with CRM systems, PowerPoint, and web-based meeting platforms. Previous field reimbursement and specialty pharmacy experience preferred. Willingness to travel within assigned territory. What's in this Field Reimbursement Manager position for you?
