This hands‑on role ensures reliable and high-quality support for live entertainment, events, gaming areas, meetings, and digital signage while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Requirements Experience with AV systems including audio setup, video displays, LED walls, control systems, and digital signage Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system performance and uptime Hands‑on experience supporting live events, meetings, and entertainment productions Knowledge of AV safety standards, including electrical and rigging requirements Strong coordination and communication skills to work with staff, vendors, and event partners Ability to supervise staff, manage schedules, and support training efforts Basic documentation and inventory management skills Strongly preferred candidates familiar with networked AV systems and AV-over-IP workflows such as QSYS, AHM, Dante, etc. Summary The AV Manager is responsible for delivering seamless audio-visual support across the property by maintaining systems, supporting events, and ensuring safety and performance standards.
