Human Resources Generalist (JN -102026-432559) Minneapolis, Minnesota Salary: USD70000 - USD90000 per year HR Generalist $70,000-$90,000 | Full-Time | 100% Onsite Hopkins Are you an HR professional who enjoys balancing employee relations, recruiting, HR administration, and operational support? We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking an HR Generalist to serve as a key resource for employees and leadership while supporting day-to-day HR operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both management and production teams, helping drive employee engagement, compliance, workforce development, and recruiting initiatives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Recruit, screen, and onboard hourly and salaried employees Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure completion of onboarding documentation Serve as a primary HR resource for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, attendance, and workplace procedures Track employee attendance, timekeeping, PTO requests, and related documentation Support employee relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management processes Assist managers with performance reviews, coaching conversations, and performance improvement plans Maintain personnel files, HR records, and training documentation Coordinate employee development and training programs Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Assist with workers' compensation administration and safety-related initiatives Generate reports and maintain accurate HR metrics and records Provide administrative support to operational and leadership teams as needed Qualifications 3+ years of Human Resources experience required Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certification is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and reporting tools Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Salary range: $70,000-$90,000 annually , depending on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays and PTO Life and disability insurance Stable organization with a collaborative, team-focused culture Why Consider This Opportunity?
