Project Manager / SuperintendentEverLine is currently seeking a Project Manager / Superintendent to join our team. You will be responsible for leading/overseeing crews tasked with crack-sealing, sealcoating, line striping, and filling potholes. You will also make sure crews are scheduled and necessary material is ordered for jobs. Want to be a part of something exciting?ResponsibilitiesWork with clients to make sure jobs are completed properly and on timeOrganize lead and encourage the team to complete daily responsibilities in a safe and timely mannerFill out digital job related reports dailyCommunicate effectively between GM, crew, and clients when necessaryUse equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling, and sealcoating, among other pavement maintenance servicesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAssist with operations across the companyAssist with scheduling crewsAssist with keeping up with inventory and have the necessary equipment for upcoming jobsStay on top of shop cleanliness and equipment maintenance schedulesDrive and back up truck with a trailer on a hitchMaintain a safe, hazard-free job siteQualificationsMUST: A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the field or related field. (Construction, Pavement Maintenance, line striping, Paving)High school diploma or equivalentHave a valid Arizona Drivers License and a reliable mode of transportationAble to work during the Arizona summer heatAbility to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)Familiar with small engines (like lawnmowers or graco paint sprayers)Leadership experienceWork and lead well within a teamAble to read and understand work ordersAble to back up trailers into tight spacesSelf-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solvePunctual, organized, and have high attention to detailAbility to work well independently and unsupervisedResults motivatedNice to have: Bilingual in Spanish and EnglishAble to read blueprintsMechanically savvyWhat We OfferCompetitive wages: $65K-$80K based on experience and qualifications.Flexible working scheduleOpportunity to grow and learn new skillsNegotiable benefitsPTOPaid sick leaveA challenging, fun atmosphere with a great teamTraining opportunities and advancement within the companyCompensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearEverLine Coatings and Services is a premier line painting and maintenance company.
