Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts Available: Days or Nights
  • 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts with a compressed workweek (3-4 days per week, alternating)
• Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated production equipment, including robotic systems
• Work with fabrication tools used in wafer and panel processing
• Load raw materials into machinery and unload completed products
• Perform basic equipment upkeep and troubleshoot operational issues
• Maintain consistent production flow while meeting quality and efficiency standards

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent experience operating machines in a manufacturing setting
• Previous cleanroom experience is a plus
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended (12-hour) shifts
• Strong focus on accuracy, detail, and product quality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
• Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Work in a controlled cleanroom setting with proper PPE

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
