Production Supervisor

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of plastic bottling in Evansville, Indiana. We are now hiring Production Supervisors who are team players, versatile, and dependable! This is a Direct Hire opportunity, allowing qualified candidates to go directly onto the client's payroll from day one.

Production Supervisor Job Summary

Direct Hire opportunity with established manufacturers
Competitive salary based on experience
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Comprehensive benefits package available
Lead safety, quality, and production initiatives
Manage shift operations and staffing
Monitor production efficiency and performance

Production Supervisor Qualifications

2+ years' manufacturing supervisory experience preferred
3+ years' experience with blow molding, injection molding, or plastic packaging preferred
Experience leading and developing production teams
Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and GMP procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency and data entry skills required
Experience managing labor, productivity, and performance metrics
