Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration, security, and platform capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering scalable CRM solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to define solution architecture and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including solution design, development, deployment, and support.
• Define technical architecture, integration strategies, and data migration approaches.
• Provide architectural leadership across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, administrators, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and design documentation.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions follow platform best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and platform customization.
• Perform code reviews, solution reviews, and architecture governance.
• Optimize Salesforce performance, scalability, and data quality.
• Mentor developers and administrators while promoting Salesforce best practices.
• Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and enterprise CRM implementations.
• Hands-on experience with: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud Platform App Builder.
• Strong knowledge of: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Flows Salesforce Security Model.
• Experience with Salesforce integration technologies: REST APIs SOAP APIs Platform Events MuleSoft ETL tools.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and performance optimization.
• Expertise in data migration and data modeling.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, SAP, Oracle, or legacy systems.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience leading distributed development teams.
• Salesforce Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Application Architect Salesforce Certified System Architect Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Highly Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Platform App Builder Salesforce Integration Architect Salesforce Data Architect Salesforce Sharing & Visibility Architect.
