Senior Compensation Consultant: Technology, Data & Operations (TD&O)

Compensation Program ManagerDesigns, maintains, and analyzes comprehensive compensation programs and plans to ensure competitive and equitable practices. Manages large, complex compensation projects, assignments, and processes, directs compensation activities across assigned lob (Technology, Data & Operations (TD&O)) and solves difficult compensation-related issues.**For this opportunity, Truist will not sponsor an applicant for work visa status or employment authorization, nor will we offer any immigration-related support for this position. Specific activities may change from time to time.Designs and administers compensation programs including salary structures, incentive plans, and pay policies.Maintains compensation plans encompassing base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, allowances, deferred compensation, and sales compensation as well as non-cash rewards and recognition programs.Evaluates compensation through job analysis, classification, benchmarking, and participation in market surveys under limited supervision.May collaborate with external consultants and vendors to enhance compensation and rewards program design and policies.Performs analysis of difficult compensation-related issues and draws from prior experience to solve problems.Directs and reviews competitive compensation assessments and makes recommendations to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.Supports compliance with regulatory requirements related to compensation and rewards programs.Works on large, complex compensation projects, assignments, and processes and delegates work to lower-level professionals.Required Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
