Work in a Beautifully Remodeled Office Professional Growth & Stability Innovative Training Programs Job Type: Full-time Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule Day shift ? 7am-3pm with some flexibility Monday to Friday Overview The Staffing Coordinator for Nursing Services will be responsible for the design and implementation of staffing patterns for professional and nonprofessional nursing employees. Responsibilities Develop and maintain the master nursing schedule. Prepare daily matrix sheets and work diligently to fill. Track all attendance of staff and ensure there is coverage and make‑up weekends are scheduled. Maintains records on vacations, sick leave, leaves of absence, holidays, excused and unexcused absences, and recommends appropriate action. Works with the Director of Nursing to schedule training classes. Maintain float and mandating list. Keep within the nursing budget. Qualifications Education / Experience: Must be string in Excel and Word) High School diploma or higher Must possess sensitivity in understanding employees' needs while maintaining a sense of balance to ensure that staffing requirements are met for the facility.
