With distribution centers spanning the US, over 2 million square feet of warehousing space, and a fleet of more than 1,000 trucks, we're the go-to when it comes to reliable delivery services.Own full-cycle recruiting for our warehouse, driver, and other operations positions supporting all our site locations. Source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates while partnering closely with operations managers to keep our facilities and fleet fully staffed.Key Areas of Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting for warehouse, driver (CDL and non-CDL), and other frontline operations roles across Chicago and Atlanta.Partner with warehouse and operations managers to understand staffing needs, shift requirements, and role qualifications.Source candidates through job boards, driver-specific platforms, social media, referrals, and local community outreach.Screen resumes and applications; conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications, licensing, and fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and manage candidate communication throughout the process.Maintain accurate requisition tracking and candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Extend offers and manage the offer-to-start process, including background checks, drug screens, and DOT compliance documentation for driver roles.Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-acceptance rate, and report progress to management.Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events in both markets.Ensure hiring practices comply with DOT, FMCSA, EEOC, and other applicable federal/state regulations.Any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.Key Requirements:Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experienceWorking experience: 2+ years in recruiting, ideally in high-volume, warehouse, logistics, or transportation/driver hiringFamiliarity with CDL licensing requirements and driver qualification/DOT compliance files (or willingness to learn quickly)Experience using an ATS and sourcing platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, driver-specific job boards)Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions across two markets at oncePositive working attitude, patient, detail-oriented, and flexibleMust be able to read and write EnglishAuthorized to work in the USPreferred Requirements:Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plusPrior experience recruiting for logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or transportation companiesKnowledge of local Chicago and Atlanta labor marketsSponsorship for Employment:Conexus Food Solutions does not provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status).
