We provide one-to-one care and use modern tools and clinical expertise to help people get back to what they love—faster.\n\nWho we’re looking for\n\nA Physical Therapist who values:\n\nEvidence-based orthopedic care and strong clinical reasoning\nCollaboration, professionalism, and continuous learning\nHigh emotional intelligence.\nInnovation that makes your job easier.\nWhat you’ll do\n\nEvaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload (orthopedics, post-op, spine, sports, neuro, balance/vestibular and more)\nDeliver one-to-one, patient-centered care for 40 min. NO double booking\nCollaborate with teammates and pursue ongoing clinical development\nSupport & growth (new grads and seasoned PTs)\n\nNew graduates: structured mentorship and skills development in a supportive environment\nExperienced clinicians: autonomy, opportunities to lead, and room to advance within the company.\nWe invest in our therapists with growth-minded support.\nCompensation & benefits\n\nWe offer a very competitive package that may include:\n\nCompetitive salary with advancement/bonus pathways\nPaid time off and paid holidays\nHealth/dental options and retirement plan options\nContinuing education support\nLicensure (including SPT applicants)\n\nLicensed PTs: New Hampshire PT license (or eligible)\nSPTs: If you’re a PT student who has not yet taken boards, you are welcome to apply—we’re open to discussing a start date aligned with graduation/boards and licensure.\nSchedule: Monday–Friday | No weekends unless you want to ;) | Unique Summer schedule to get out earlier.\n\nJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, and per-diam options.\n\nSeems like it could be a good fit?
