Job Details Job Location: TN - Cleveland - Cleveland, TN 37312 Help unload incoming trucks and put away merchandise (as arranged by management). Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals/priorities assigned by store manager move with your “Ace Pace”. Remove promotional bin tags from displays/price tags as required. Restock merchandise displays as needed, watch end caps and side wings. Handle special orders for all non-stock items. Never tell a customer no without checking with a manager. Watch for shoplifters and act, in line with Elder’s policy, that will discourage shoplifting. Excellent customer service and interaction prevents shoplifting. Respond to radio requests. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred. Minimum of 6 months-1 year of retail experience. Technically proficient in computer systems including related software. Gather and analyze data and maintain accurate records. Take initiative, assume responsibility, and execute thoroughly. Interact with staff at all levels of the organization. Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills strongly preferred. Possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company’s insurance carrier’s standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
