Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master‘s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Active Pennsylvania SLP state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia management, instrumental assessments (FEES or MBS) preferred.
• Ability to support split-site schedule: 3 days per week in Ephrata location and 2 days per week in the nearby sister facility. The split will not require splitting a single day.
• Must provide an up-to-date resume to be considered for the role.
• Preferred: prior travel SLP experience and familiarity with electronic medical record documentation in SNF settings.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• Schedule: Split-site arrangement with three days per week in Ephrata and two days per week in the nearby sister facility. Splitting will occur by day, not within a single day.
