Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.The Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) team is seeking a highly motivated finance professional (P3) to join the MRAD Product Area as a Belgium NASAMS Financial analyst.The flagship product within the MRAD portfolio is the Sentinel system that in built in partnership with Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace (KDA). The successful candidate will collaborate with key leaders within the Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain and IPT Leads providing the team with financial management, insight and solutions to better drive the program needs. In the role, the selected individual will support the management of cost control, EVMS compliance, financial forecasting, and overall financial execution of the program.The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask across a variety of tasks and work with all levels of the organization. This position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management as well as execute hands on with the finance team.This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Andover, MA. Other locations considered are: McKinney, TX; Huntsville, AL; or Tucson, AZ. Relocation assistance is not being offered.What You Will DoImplementation and Maintenance of Earned Value ManagementProvide monthly variance and data analysisDevelop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) developmentEstablish and maintain program logs (MR,UB, BCRs, etc.)Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs)Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting utilizing standard company tools and processesReview financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completenessQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field & a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience; OR and Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experienceExperience with SAP or a similar cost accounting systemExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint)U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirementsQualifications We PreferAnalytical, problem solving, and organizational skillsSelf-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with program controls, program scheduling, cash management, and financial planning and reportingExperience working in a government contracting environment with knowledge of contracts governed by both FAR and DFARSProposal development experienceExperience with Earned Value ManagementPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
