Schedule

This position requires working 12-hour night shiftsfrom 7 PM to 7 AM, with a 3-day work schedule.

Job Description

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) will provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The role involves triaging patients, performing assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and triage incoming patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide support and education to patients and families regarding treatment options.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Department.
• Current AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Valid RN license.
