About the Position

**Job Title: Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN)**

**Location:** Tuscaloosa, Alabama

**Job Overview:**

Seeking a compassionate RN to provide care for adults with diverse mental health needs, including probate and forensic commitments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver nursing care for behavioral health patients.
• Collaborate on and adjust patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

**Schedule:**

• 13•week assignment, 40 hours/week
• Shifts: Nights (10:45 PM-7:15 AM)
• Work every 3rd weekend (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)
• Limited time off (2•3 days, no holidays)

**Qualifications:**

• Active RN license (Compact or Alabama)
• BLS certification
• 2+ years in behavioral health nursing
• Travel nursing experience preferred

**Skills:**

• Behavioral health expertise
• Strong communication and teamwork
