Medical Director - LIFE Saint Joseph of the Pines Join Trinity Health PACE as a Medical Director and lead a team dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to older adults. You'll oversee clinical outcomes, guide Primary Care Providers, and drive performance improvement across our program.
