Join PrimeHealth+, a Federally Qualified Community Health Center, to be a part of our well-established primary care team located on the Western Slope of Colorado in Grand Junction! We’re seeking a Family Medicine Physician who values team-based integrated quality healthcare for all. Our clinics provide a full range of primary and preventive healthcare services including medical, dental, behavioral health, psychiatric, and pharmacy services. We currently have 2 integrated primary care clinics and 2 school-based health centers in Grand Junction. We have a mission-focused background with a long history of providing outreach healthcare services to people experiencing homelessness and migrant farm workers. Each of our locations welcomes patients with Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or commercial insurance, and those who are uninsured or underinsured. A Sliding Fee Discount Scale is available to eligible patients.Position Highlights:Position is full-time, in-person4-day workweek with average patient volume 15-17 PPD (4x10s), with alternate schedule options availableNO CALL.
