Travel Physical Therapist - $2,112 per week

Job Overview Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in McMinnville, Tennessee. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capacities, limitations, restrictions, and rehabilitation potential. Develop, administer, and adjust treatment programs with specific goals tailored to each patient’s capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document patient condition, record progress, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Requirements Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or be in the active application process for licensure. Current CPR certification. Develop individualized plans of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to achieve therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
