Description:
This position is for an endoscopy nurse in an outpatient center focused on elective procedures.
Candidates will be responsible for providing care to patients ranging from 18 to 95 years old.
Common patient diagnoses include colon cancer screenings and rectal bleeds.
The facility features four procedure rooms, five pre-operative bays, and five post-anesthesia care unit bays.
Floating to different areas may be required.
There are no on-call responsibilities and no weekend shifts.
Flu vaccine is required during the season.
A skills checklist matching the specialty is necessary.
Experience with EMR preferred, particularly EPIC.
