Job Summary and Qualifications

The Echo Technologist performs diagnostic procedures utilizing specialized equipment. The technologist demonstrates proficiency with all cardiac sonographic modalities required to facilitate physician diagnosis. Maintains strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all customers and other healthcare professionals.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Vocational or 2 Year Associates Degree
• RDCS Adult Echocardiography (RDCS-AE), or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS), or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
• BLS certification required
• 1-3 years of experience
