Summary of Key Duties As a Staff Integrated Program Planner, you will be the lead planner responsible for a specific function of a Skunk Works® program. You will develop, maintain, and analyze program schedules, serving as a trusted advisor and modeling planning excellence for the team. You will collaborate across multiple functional areas including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control. Success in this role depends on strong communication, collaboration, and expert use of program planning tools. Primary Tools Used:

1. Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
2. Milestones Professional
3. Microsoft Excel

Secondary Tools Used (Not limited to): 1. Microsoft Project

2. SAP

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Experiences with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs
• Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders
• Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan, or Primavera, Microsoft Project, or a similar tool

Desired Skills: Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner Proposal experience Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan Product Life Cycle Management tools and FAMSCO experience Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience Prior Aerospace experience. Active Secret Security Clearance; ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
