At RoVR, we are building a multimodal, agentic operating system to launch, manage, and scale A-LHCs nationwide. We collaborate with large health organizations as well as local physician groups-modernizing legacy operations to launch these next-generation clinics. Central to this vision are our RoVRs-autonomous agents that orchestrate and optimize clinical, administrative, and patient engagement processes. By alleviating repetitive tasks, RoVRs free providers and admins to focus on proactive decision-making guided by actionable insights, laying the groundwork for a more responsive, outcome-driven healthcare ecosystem. As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will be at the forefront of creating multimodal, adaptive systems that power seamless interactions between patients, providers, and AI. What you’ll do

Engineer Adaptive Interaction Systems: Build and optimize scalable applications that use natural language inputs, sensor fusion, and multi-agent systems to enable real-time decision-making.

Innovate with Multimodal Agents: Design and integrate AI agents capable of interpreting voice & gesture-based interactions, biometrics, and context-aware inputs, creating dynamic, collaborative experiences.

Create for Scale and Performance: Develop architectures that ensure high performance and reliability across millions of users and healthcare practices nationwide.

Innovate Beyond the Interface: Define and execute the technical roadmap that ensures RoVR's systems remain at the forefront of healthcare innovation for years to come.

A seasoned front-end engineer with a passion for creating scalable, user-centric systems that merge elegant design with advanced technology.

Experienced in multi-modal interaction design, integrating inputs like biometrics, proximity sensing, and natural language into cohesive applications.

A collaborative innovator with a strong understanding of HCI principles and a desire to redefine healthcare interaction through bold, imaginative engineering.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a frontend or UI engineer, with a focus on AI-driven or intelligent interfaces

B.S. in Computer Science, Human-computer Interaction, or a related field; M.S. preferred

Hands-on experience building frontend applications that interact with machine learning models or data-driven components

Knowledge of CI/CD solutions, automated testing, and component-driven UI development

Familiarity with state management tools like Redux or React Context for efficient client-side data management

Exposure to data technologies like SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, Cassandra, DynamoDB) and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS)

Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, EC2) and cloud-based infrastructure

Understanding of performance optimization techniques for frontend applications, especially when interfacing with AI-driven components and handling high-volume data

Proven experience working at scale and adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ability to develop scalable and extendable core services that interface with AI or machine learning modules
