SCANNER/ DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Scanner/Data Entry Operator to scan and enter financial, legal, medical, and general business records with a 99% accuracy target. This role uses optical character recognition software and follows a multi-step quality assurance process. The position reports to the Records Supervisor and offers a very casual office environment with hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. ResponsibilitiesScan financial, legal, medical, and general business records.Enter information accurately into designated systems.Use optical character recognition software to support document processing.Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive records.Follow the multi-step quality assurance process.Maintain a 99% accuracy target. Required QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in data entry and document scanning.Ability to perform data entry at a minimum speed of 12,500 keystrokes per minute.\nCompany DescriptionWe have been in business 53 years.
