Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough skill gap assessments and establish personalized development plans to lower recall rates and enhance team technical competency
• Lead regular huddles and 1-on-1 coaching sessions to align the field team with operational KPIs, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction targets
• Analyze operational data including completion times, travel efficiency, and repeat visits to resolve root-cause friction points
• Implement systematic solutions to eliminate dispatch and equipment bottlenecks before they impact bottom-line metrics or client relationships
• Utilize AI-driven route optimization and predictive analytics tools to streamline daily technician schedules and improve dispatch accuracy
• Foster team morale and professional growth pathways, directly reducing turnover and boosting customer CSAT and culture scores

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Mastery in mentoring, directing, and coaching employees to drive skill progression and team confidence
• Exceptional ability to communicate an inspiring vision, reframe organizational shifts into actionable field goals, and persuade team members
• High-level critical thinking to analyze complex operational data, uncover underlying patterns, and solve systemic problems
• Strong collaborative mindset to build cross-functional relationships, involve stakeholders early, and achieve shared objectives
• Proven planning and organization capabilities to manage time effectively, set defined objectives, and monitor performance against milestones
• AI application literacy to integrate digital diagnostic tools and automated reporting into daily field workflows

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum Experience: Critical experience leading field service teams, managing operational KPIs, and executing technical training programs
• Required Technical Skills:
  • Field Service Management (FSM) software and route optimization tools
  • Operational data analysis, root-cause troubleshooting, and performance tracking
  • Technical field coaching, safety compliance protocols, and customer satisfaction management

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
