Senior Product Manager – Converged Advertising We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and deliver product capabilities that support Warner Bros. Discovery’s next‑generation advertising platforms, including converged planning, forecasting, yield optimization, and reporting systems. The role is responsible for execution of features, workflows, and client‑facing requirements and works closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Data Science to align product capabilities with strategy and revenue priorities. Responsibilities Own and deliver product capabilities that support next‑generation advertising platforms, including the execution of features, workflows, and client‑facing requirements across converged planning, forecasting, yield optimization, and reporting systems. Act as a hands‑on product owner and execution partner, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure product capabilities align with product strategy, revenue priorities, and advertiser outcomes. Own and execute against feature roadmaps for converged planning, forecasting, and reporting systems, ensuring delivery aligns with monetization priorities, operational efficiency, and product strategy. Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Client Engineering to deliver scalable, API‑driven workflows that support billions of monthly ad impressions across linear and digital platforms. Translate advertiser, agency, and sales team needs into clear, actionable product requirements; ensure delivered features improve productivity and campaign performance for global sales and operations users. Use KPIs, usage metrics, and structured feedback loops to prioritize features that improve yield optimization, sales velocity, and ROI. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA or advanced technical certification a plus. Product Management Experience : 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within advertising technology, SaaS, or enterprise platform environments. AdTech Knowledge : Familiarity with campaign management, forecasting, yield optimization, and converged linear + digital ad systems. Product Delivery : Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, enterprise‑scale product features in partnership with engineering teams, with measurable user adoption and business impact. Stakeholder Collaboration : Experience gathering business needs and aligning product execution with revenue objectives, operational efficiency, and client outcomes. Communication & Influence : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Finance. Modernization Exposure : Experience contributing to modernization initiatives, including migration of legacy systems toward cloud‑native platforms. Benefits & Compensation Pay Range: $105,280.00 – $195,520.00 per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards.
