Alexandre Family Farm is looking for CDL A Local/Regional Hay Flatbed Doubles Driver in Medford, OR to haul hay & occasional lumber loads. Our drivers are team players, professional, and dedicated to doing the job right. Alexandre Family Farm's drivers play a vital role in the success of our customers, our company, and ultimately, themselves.

Compensation:

• Average gross annual pay range: $80,000 - $100,000
  • Pay per mile: 60 CPM
  • On Duty Hourly rate: $25
• Additional Pay:
  • Layover pay: $40 per night, in sleeper
  • Loading/Unloading pay: $25/Standard hourly rate
  • Detainment pay: $16/hr
• Paid semi-monthly/can be via direct deposit

Home Time, Route and Schedule

• Home Time: Home most days
  • 1 and 2 day routes
• Route: Primarily moving hay from the fields to Cedarville hay barns
  • Route to Smith River, CA 1-2 times a week
  • Start times: various available
• Level of touch: Touch freight
  • Hauling hay

Equipment

• 2021 and 2024 model year trucks
• Flatbed doubles, 5-axle
• Manual/Automatic Transmission

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL A license
• Must be at least 23 years old
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience
• Tank Endorsement in state of residence preferred but not required
• Doubles and Triples endorsement required
• No more than 2 major moving violations within a 3-year period
• No more than 2 accidents within a 3-year period
• DOT Drug Screening required
• Current Medical Examiner's Certificate
• Ability to conduct all operations in a safe manner
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language
• Successful candidates will be subject to pre-employment drug screen and physical, as well as motor vehicle, criminal background, and employment reference checks
• Must live within 150 miles of Medford, OR or be willing to relocate
