Description: The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role includes managing daily operations and facilitating communication among departments. The House Supervisor will coordinate patient flow and address any issues that arise during shifts. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organizational skills. Must be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities. Effective communication with both clinical and administrative teams is essential. This position requires a thorough understanding of nursing practices and regulations.
