Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab setting.
• Assess and monitor patients during procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient care activities.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational for procedures.
• Provide patient education related to procedure expectations and post-care instructions.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a Cath Lab setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
